This course is designed to equip Pilates instructors to make informed decisions in their classes, making pilates accessible and enjoyable for pregnant and postnatal clients. While ideally, women would attend clinical Pilates classes during these periods, you will often encounter women at various stages of pregnancy or postnatal recovery. The goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment while staying within our scope of knowledge. Always refer clients to a qualified professional (e.g., physiotherapist, GP, obstetrician) if they present with complications or concerns beyond your expertise.
