This course gives you the knowledge, skills, and certification to step into the world of Pilates instruction with confidence.

You’ll gain a well-rounded teaching toolkit through a combination of online theory and a five-day practical immersion at Pilates by Bambu in Bingin, Bali. This program blends foundational mat-based techniques with the specialised skills needed to guide reformer-based sessions, giving you the ability to design and lead balanced, dynamic classes across different settings and client needs.

Training is held inside a brand new, purpose-built Pilates studio at Bambu Fitness, with full access to the gym and recovery centre throughout your stay.

The course covers foundational theory including anatomy, pre and postnatal considerations, coaching frameworks, and session planning. You’ll also explore the business side of instruction, helping you prepare for a successful teaching career.

Pre-Course Requirements — In-Person Pilates Teacher Training

To ensure you’re prepared and able to get the most out of the in-person training, the following prerequisites must be completed prior to Day 1:

• Full completion of all online modules

• Minimum 25 hours of personal practice

• Minimum 20 hours of observation (documented and signed off in your logbook)
