Pre-Course Requirements : In-Person Pilates Teacher Training

To ensure you’re fully prepared and able to get the most from the in-person training, all participants must complete the following prerequisites prior to Day 1:

• Full completion of all online theory modules
• A minimum of 25 hours of personal Pilates practice
• A minimum of 20 hours of observation, documented and signed off in your logbook
