This course is your foundation for becoming a confident, capable Pilates instructor who teaches with clarity, purpose, and understanding. You’ll learn the principles that shaped the Pilates method and explore how to apply them through modern, evidence-informed movement.
Guided by experienced educators, you’ll gain the knowledge, practice, and confidence to teach intelligently across both Mat and Reformer. Every step is designed to help you think like an instructor, move with intention, and connect with the people you teach.

The course covers foundational theory including anatomy, pre and postnatal considerations, coaching frameworks, and session planning. You’ll also explore the business side of instruction, helping you prepare for a successful teaching career.

Pre-Course Requirements - In-Person Pilates Teacher Training
To ensure you’re prepared and able to get the most out of the in-person training, the following prerequisites must be completed prior to Day 1:
• Full completion of all online modules
• Minimum 25 hours of personal practice
• Minimum 20 hours of observation (documented and signed off in your logbook)
